1. Return Period We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
The perfume must be unopened and unused.
The original plastic cellophane wrap must be intact and not removed.
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels.
Note: Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns for any perfume that has been opened or sprayed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, Jana Beauty will bear all shipping costs for the return and replacement.
4. Non-returnable Items
Opened perfume bottles.
Items purchased during “Final Sale” or clearance events.
Gift cards.
5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, you can contact us at Info@janabeautyuae.com or via WhatsApp at +971505719795. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Stripe) within 10 to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
7. Shipping Fees for Returns If the return is due to a change of mind (and the item is still sealed), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
