Refund Policy:
Refunds are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Order Cancellation:
In case of order cancellation, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days from the submission of your cancellation request. You will receive an update via email once your refund has been initiated. The total time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank.

Refund Amount:
We will refund the full amount of the product canceled (less any applicable cancellation fees). However, your bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy. If we refund via credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and the bank charges will be borne by the customer.

Condition for Return/Exchange:
Items to be refunded or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition. Jana Beauty Trading L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) are not returned in proper condition.
